Santa Calling Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you, the parent or guardian, and ADEPT LABS TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED, Vietnam ("ADEPT Labs", "we", "us"). They apply together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If the two conflict, these terms apply to the extent permitted. By using Santa Calling you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Who may use the app
You must be an adult and the parent or legal guardian of any child who uses the app, or have their permission. You are responsible for setting up the app, choosing what Santa knows, and supervising your child's use.
2. Santa is an AI character
Santa's voice and replies are generated by artificial intelligence. He is a fictional character for entertainment, not a real person, and the app is not a phone service. AI can make mistakes: Santa may occasionally say something inaccurate, odd or unexpected. We instruct Santa not to promise specific gifts, not to ask for personal information such as addresses or schools, and to gently redirect unsuitable topics, and we test these rules before every release. But we cannot guarantee every answer. Santa is not a source of medical, safety, legal or other advice. If your child ever seems unsafe, contact local emergency services.

3. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to harm anyone, to try to make Santa produce harmful content, to enter other people's personal information, or to break, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the app or our servers, or bypass call-time limits.
4. Purchases and call time
- New devices get one free 90-second call.
- The Season Pass and Remove Ads are one-time purchases that do not renew automatically. They end on 2027-01-06. Unused minutes do not carry over after that date.
- Minute packs are consumable. Minutes are used by the second during calls.
- Prices, minutes and benefits are shown in the app before you buy. Payments, refunds and purchase history are handled by Apple under its terms. To ask for a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Call time is linked to the anonymous account on your device. Use Restore Purchases after reinstalling. Time earned by watching ads cannot be restored.
- If a call fails because of a problem on our side, we do not charge the unused time.
5. Ads
Free users may see non-personalised ads in the grown-ups area, including optional videos that add 30 seconds of call time (up to 3 times per day). Ads are never shown during calls or on the child's screens. Any purchase removes ads for the period described in the app.
6. Availability and changes
Santa Calling is a seasonal service. It may be busy at peak times, and features may change. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we stop the service before 2027-01-06, we will tell you in the app and Apple's refund process remains available to you.
7. Ownership
The app, the Santa character design, voice and content are owned by us or our licensors. Recaps are for your personal, non-commercial use.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept the new terms.
